Programs
Karate Adults & Kids
Basic to advanced traditional techniques. Fast paced, and high impact helps build self confidence, selt esteem, strenth and endurance which help children to become truly skilled and respectful.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Adults & Kids
Traditional techniques which consist of closing the distance, throwing and ground fighting. This class is a mix of Minna Jiu Jitsu, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Sambo, Hapkido and Kodokan Judo.
Mixed Martial Arts & Self Defense
Great cardio, hard work and strength training. Mixing all components of martial arts. Striking, kicking, closing the distance, throwing, submission, and ground and pound. Real street fighting techniques that work.
